1. Shipment
- 1.1. Thank you for visiting and shopping at Kiwanis Muar. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy. We offer standard in-app shipping for all orders unless seller decide to ship using their preferred shipping partner company.
2. Shipment processing times
- 2.1. All orders are processed and shipped based on seller’s business days. Orders may not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- 2.2. If seller are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, please contact the shipping company or the seller email or telephone.
3. Shipping rates & delivery estimates
- 3.1. Shipping charges for your orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- 3.2. Seller using their preferred shipping partner may indicate their own shipping rates.
- 3.3. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
- 3.4. Shipping may not deliver to P.O boxes.
4. Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
- 4.1. You will receive a shipment confirmation once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
5. Customs, Duties and Taxes
- 5.1. Kiwanis Muar. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes) unless otherwise stated by seller.
6. Damages
- 6.1. Kiwanis Muar. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
- 6.2. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim and we recommend for you to take a photo of the said packaging materials and damaged goods as proof for your claim.
